DAY 01 | Arrive Muscat

Welcome to Oman! On arrival at the airport in Muscat, you will be welcomed by our local representative and transferred to the hotel.
The rest of the day is at leisure to explore the city.

DAY 02 | Muscat
Muscat, Oman
Explore Muscat on a city tour (Private).
This morning, explore Muscat on a city tour and witness a modern commercial centre existing in harmony with its traditional culture. The highlights include a visit to the natural harbor, Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque and Bait Al Zubair Museum. Drive past the waterfront Corniche and visit the colourful Mutrah Souq, Fish Market and Al Alam Palace, the official palace of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos.

• Ladies to be fully covered along with a head scarf.
• Men to dress appropriately.
• Grand Mosque and Bait Al Zubair Museum remains closed for visitors on Fridays.

DAY 03 | Muscat- Ras al Hadd
Ras al hadd, Oman
Transfer from hotel in Muscat to hotel in Ras al Hadd, en route enjoy tour of Wadi Al Arabayeen and Bimah Sinkhole (Private).
Post breakfast, travel by 4WD to Ras al Jinz via the scenic and rugged coastal route. Admire the breath-taking glimpses of the blue waters of the Gulf of Oman offset by pristine white beaches. Drive past the fishing village of Quriyat and get a chance to spot flamingos and eagles at an inland stream. Explore the picturesque Wadi Al Arabayeen with its deep pools of water set among the date palms. Thereafter, proceed to Bimah Sinkhole, famous for its spectacular limestone crater with blue green water at the bottom. Continue to Ras al Hadd and check in to the resort.

Enjoy watching the turtles at the Ras al Jinz Turtle Reserve (Entrance only).
Visit Ras al Jinz Turtle Reserve, famous for nesting of the endangered species of turtles. Enjoy watching the turtles return to their nest and learn in detail about the wonders of these ancient creatures.

DAY 04 | Depart Ras al Hadd – Muscat
Ras al hadd, Oman
Departure transfer from resort in Ras al Hadd to airport in Muscat, en route visit the Wadi Bani Khalid (Private).
This morning, you will be transferred from the resort in Ras al Hadd to airport in Muscat. En route, enjoy a visit to Wadi Bani Khalid, a small pretty village embedded in the mountains. Be awed by the mass of undulating red and white sea, sand dunes and enjoy a drive over the dunes of Wahiba Sands. The ever-changing patterns of the dunes are a photographer’s delight. The Wahiba Sands are also home to the traditional Bedouin tribe. They are known for their hospitality and knowledge. Stop by a Bedouin family and learn about their traditional and simple habitat.

Later, continue towards the airport for your onward journey.
