Japan Visa Requirements for Indians:

1. Original passports with 6months validity from date of arrival in Japan. + Old Passports if any.
2. 2 Colour photographs 2 x 2inch, white background, matt finish, 70% face cover.
3. Visa Application forms.
4. Covering letter mentioning the details of traveler, itinerary and who will bear the expenses.(If self employed than require on company letterhead)
5. Confirmed Hotel Bookings.
6. Confirm Air Tickets.
7. Day to Day Itinerary.
8. Original Bank statement for last 6 months with bank seal & sign on each and every page with healthy and sufficient balance.
9. Income Tax returns / Form16 for last 3 years.
10. Original Leave letter from Employer/School/College.
11. Salary Slips for last 3 months.- If employed.
12. Certificate of employment – if employed.
13. School / College ID card copy.if students
14. Retirement proof eg: Pension passbook/retirement letter. – if retired
15. Visa Fees: INR 510/- per person. Visa Processing Time: 3-5 Working Days
