Gems of Germany

Highlights

Visit – Berlin, Stuttgart, Munich, Lake Constance

Being one of the most influential countries in Europe because of their technological advances in different fields, Germany enjoys a very high standard of life. The country is home to many enchanting castles, charming cities and villages.

Pulsing with prosperity and cosiness, Munich revels in its own contradictions. Folklore and age-old traditions exist side by side with sleek BMWs, designer boutiques and high-powered industry. Its museums include world-class collections of artistic masterpieces, and its music and cultural scenes are of world renowned.

Berlin is the largest city in Germany and it is best known for its historical associations as the German capital. It offers a wonderful combination of history, night life, architecture and culture. Over a period of time Berlin has grown into a European powerhouse and since reunification in 1990 it became into a dynamic and creative city.

Like other German cities Stuttgart manages to blend the traditional architecture and old world atmosphere of a market town with the trappings that come with being a modern city in one of Europe’s economic powers. Located in the beautiful Neckar Valley, it has always been a city of artists, philosophers, poets and inventors.

Lake Constance, lying below the northern edge of the Alps, is the largest lake in Germany. It is bordered by Austria and Switzerland and offers strikingly beautiful scenery with its majestic expanse of water,
